Your task: Focus point for our efforts is the patient, ensured by the core working principles of high agility, quality and efficiencyCore objective is to take accountability for and drive the overall business success in our markets worldwideDesign and execute effective application training programsSupport for local trainerParticipate in product validations and project work as Subject Matter Expert for application trainingDesign effective training programs within our blended learning conceptPrepare, conduct and document training sessions for CRT/AS/customer according to product responsibilityDesign and develop training material e.g. workbooks, hand-outs, videos etc.Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessionsSupport and mentor new employeesInteract as SME for training, device knowledge and nursing related questionsParticipate in product validations and project workSupport for local trainer (training and device related questions, on-site support)Support the implementation of CAPA measures within the framework of quality managementSupport marketing and sales in rollouts and launches of active and non-active MPs  Your profile: Nursing educationSpecialisation in dialysis/nephrological nursing or comparable desiredMedical device consultant according to MPG (or willingness to acquire)Pharmaceutical consultant (or willingness to acquire)Min. 2 years of professional experience as nurse or comparableMin. 2 years of experience in renal replacement home therapiesMin. 3 years of professional experience in handling Fresenius Medical Care products or comparable productsHigh level of independence and initiativeStructured as well as quality-conscious, result-oriented way of workingGood communication skills in the business fieldIntercultural competenciesVery good moderation and presentation skillsHigh ability to work in a team; integrative skills with the willingness to cooperate closely with other departmentsConfident, engaging, convincing and motivating appearanceGood analytical skills and the talent to understand complex issues and explain them in a comprehensible wayExtensive knowledge in the relevant therapeutic areasKnowledge in adult educationSolid knowledge of the operational processes of a dialysis department (outpatient or clinic)Solid knowledge about the special needs of home patients Our offer to you There is a lot for you to discover at Fresenius, because we have a lot to offer.
