The Opportunity This position works out of our region Mainz, Koblenz, Bonn, Aachenin the Abbott Diabetes Care - Abbott GmbH. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.Your Tasks:Achieving or overachieving sales and market share targets, KPIs as defined and driving profitable growth in the assigned region (in alignment with Area & National strategy and goals)Leading a team of 8-12 direct reports (Sales Representatives)Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirementsDriving profitable growth in the assigned regionDriving profitable revenue growth through volume, account and expense management, both through market share gain, market and account analysisEnsure the delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review, people management and rewardSuccessful implementation of country product launchesYour Qualification:Post graduate diploma or University degree and 3-5 years leadership experience3-5 years experience in either Pharma or Medical DeviceStrong knowledge of competitive and diabetes technology landscapeProven ability to work as a RSM with KOLs in the Healthcare segmentFluent in German and good in English languageExperience in leading high-performance teamsAbility to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)Very engaging, strong motivational
