The role entails documenting activities accordingto company procedures, as well as supporting the Service Manager inimplementing after-sales services nationwide. In addition to that, you willoversee spare parts inventory management, execute technical support forcustomers, and maintain associated documentation through company systems.KeyTasksPerform services, repairs and maintenance work on the entire Permobil Product PortfolioAssess and perform warranty repairsProvide solution-based handling of customer requests and manage technical complaints and feedbackPrepare service quotes and invoicesExplain the value of Permobil’s parts and products to customers and users to promote salesMaintain spare parts warehouse, order required spare parts and return them when neededProvide assistance via phone and/or in the field for customers/end-users regarding technical issuesPlan and deliver technical product training both internally and externallyQualificationsand SkillsHigh school diploma or technical education degree (Electronic, Electrical, or Mechatronic Technician)2 years of experience in the technical service sectorDriver's license (Category B)Detailed spare part and product knowledgeHigh technical and practical understanding and good knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineeringAbility to define problems, suggest and adapt solutions, implement solutions (always using the standard solution when possible) and able to describe solutions to key stakeholdersCustomer and user focusedCommercial mindsetComputer / Windows skillsDeadline-orientated, flexible and open mindedPassionate to serve customers in an empathic wayAbility to work independently as well as in a teamFluent in German and EnglishWhyPermobil is a great next step for you:1.
