Head of Retail Channel Structure (m/f/d)

As our Head of Retail Channel Structure (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the automotive channel strategy, development of an alternative distribution model as well as evaluating and developing strategic actions to enhance dealer network in selected markets. We want you to: Lead development of the European automotive sales channel strategy:-              Monitoring sales channel transformation; Future trends, new distribution model, customer, competitor-              Development of Mid-long term channel strategy based on Hyundai current and future business model-              Set up action plans and KPIs to monitor and support implementationWork on an alternative distribution model:-              Change management of dealer network -              Support system development based on new work process & training -              Operation monitoring and improve the processSupport dealer network action for selected markets:-              Current dealer network analysis & enhancements-              Develop action plan and implementation preparation  -              Execution & change management About you: A true leader, you love helping others to be the best they can be.
