Job requirements Specialist Product Marketing (m/f/d) - Bochum - As part of the Trafineo Product team you connect and support departments throughout the company with internal and external communication. You translate complex products, service & processes in better understandable terms by using an easy-to-understand language and appropriately prepared material. # Responsibilities Help your diverse team with the internal & external communication. Create & maintain guides / newsletters / briefing papers for internal & external stakeholders Support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external training courses (new features, products, services) Organization of administrative tasks in day-to-day business – like supporting the maintenance of our web portals, translation management and similar tasks Maintain & improve the knowledge management of the department and organization # Professional qualifications Completed studies or training in marketing & communication and first experiences through internships or similar Excellent communication (in German & English) and learning skills, as well as creativity and the ability to simplify complex issues Experience with image editing programs such as Photoshop or Gimp Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics or Matomo Analytics Experience in usage of Microsoft 365 (especially Sharepoint) tools Basic knowledge in the use of content management systems such as WordPress or Liferay # Personality Communication of all kinds is your thing Teamplayer Self-motivated with a bias for action, innovation and result Pursuing to always keep learning # Your benefits Security - become part of a high-performance team in a rapidly developing market in a crisis-proof and future-proof industry Top location & top equipment - our office is less than five minutes away from Bochum main station and is equipped with modern workplaces Goodies - various benefits, e.g. discounts in online shops, cooperation with fitness gyms, use of a Fuel & Charge card or in-house language trainings are available General conditions - we have a 5-day week , the weekends are free. 30 days vacation and home office share are also part of our employment contract Aroused interest?
