As our Market Communication & Governance Manager (Change Mgmt.), you’ll work on the establishment of a Pan-EU Governance and application to our NSCs, you’ll be responsible of the development for Change Management as well as development of a EU standard CX business template and governance structure of standardization process with Hyundai Motor Europe and NSCs. We want you to: •    Work on the establishment of Pan-EU Governance structure and operation guidelines•    Participate in EU standardization process and the local rollout projects•    Continuously discuss with respective teams and stakeholders related EU business/ IT process•    Lead regular meetings with markets to discuss the operation performance and collect feedbacks•    Design discussion materials regarding platforms for markets, and lead in delivery & communication with stakeholders in Hyundai Motor Europe & markets•    Develop a change management plan and guideline contents for target markets and users •    Lead a change management program and collect feedbacks/requirements regarding the platform•    Communicate and align with HQ directions and translate into EU region standards•    Support in reporting to HQ and follow up the decision makings and issues points•    Develop & manage key KPIs and dashboards for monitoring effectiveness of CX and business performances •    Fulfill your job duties and objectives by understanding overall department and company’s strategy and objectives•    Master and demonstrate technical and operational expertiseAbout you: An expert in your field, dealing with complex projects in ambiguous contexts is second nature to you.
