Tasks The Global Transfer Pricing Strategies function is part of the Center of Excellence Global Tax at Fresenius Medical Care. The Manager Global Transfer Pricing Strategies is part of a global team of Transfer Pricing experts and reports to the Head of Global Transfer Pricing Strategies. The role includes the following activities: Further development of existing global Transfer Pricing Guidelines as well as the Masterfile and Local File templatesPreparation of legally required transfer pricing documentationMonitoring of Transfer PricesNational and international project work in the area of Transfer PricingSupporting various business units in the development and implementation of Transfer Pricing systems for the provision of services and goods deliveries in close collaboration with ControllingSupporting the planning of intercompany financial transactionsInvolvement in business reorganizations, cross-border business transfer projects as well as new business models and investmentsSupporting the local tax functions as well as the Tax Audit & Controversy function in Transfer Pricing auditsSupporting the initiation of Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and in Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs)Business Partnering with the operational TP Controllers in the regions/countries and of certain global functions Proactive monitoring of national and international legislative changes in the area of transfer pricing Profile Successfully completed studies in business administration or lawSeveral years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in a similar position in an international group of companies or with an auditing/tax consultancy firmCertified tax advisor in Germany or comparable exam abroad would be an advantageVery good knowledge of German and international tax lawAnalytical thinking and understanding of complex interrelationships as well as solution-oriented working skillsVery good computer application skills (MS Office)Independent and structured way of working as well as ability to work in a teamProject management skills and experience in multinational environmentFluent in written and spoken English, German and other foreign languages would be an advantageCareer with a purposeWe offer an opportunity to create and deliver treatments that save and change lives for the better.
