As a (Senior) Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) you will be responsible for supporting on inventory management, handling of promotional material, masterdata accuracy and overarching process optimization.Key responsibilities for this role include:Inventory Management: Coordinate smooth execution of agreed risk-mitigation actions with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. repackaging of products, etc.Full responsibility for smooth processing of logistical transactions for promotional material, including inventory management in SAP GEPDevelop strategies in close collaboration with marketing teams to optimize stock-levels and usage of promotional materials Ensure accurate and up-to-date master data records in SAP GEP for promotional materials and finished products, incl. source-lists and purchase info recordsCoordinate transportation of pharmaceutical products within Germany in accordance with local regulationsResponsible for audit-conform reportings within the German dual system to calculate fees for waste and destructionProject support in business critical projects related to divestments and integrations, e.g. coordination of physical product movements from one location to anotherGenerate ideas to effectively prepare large datasets to facilitate meaningful analysis for the supply chain team (e.g. build dashboards in Power BI) The minimum qualifications for this role are:3 years of experience in LogisticsBachelor’s degree in economics, logistics or supply chainExperience in pharmaceutical industryExcellent communication and coordination skills, is able to work independently and well-structuredAbility to fluently communicate in English orally and in writtenProficiency in SAP MM / SDProficiency in MS office, especially MS Excel, experience in Power BI or other data-management tools is an advantageExcellent skills in Microsoft ExcelAt Viatris, we offercompetitivesalaries, benefitsandan inclusive environment where you can use your experiences, perspectives and skills to help make an impact on the lives of others.Viatris is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
