Customer Success Associate (m/w/d)

For the client, a creator of a communication program designed for both business and private customers, offering services in a Software as a Service model, we are seeking a Customer Success Associate (m/f/d). Responsibilities: Participate in onboarding and training sessions, accompany clients throughout the implementation process, and actively support them in achieving mutually defined goals. Act as a sparring partner for our clients in utilizing our software, independently develop solutions to ensure sustainable training for our clients. Advocate for the interests of your clients to internal teams, conveying them to the product team to continually improve the product and ensure further software development. Collaborate closely with your team, as well as with the sales and product teams, to implement new processes and tools. Understand your clients, their product usage, and perspective, and then brainstorm ways to enhance it. Support the sales team in negotiations with potential key clients. Qualifications: Ideally, you have experience in direct customer interaction, preferably in the B2B or SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) sector (e.g., customer support, human resources, event management, etc.). You possess excellent proficiency in both German and English languages.
