Job DescriptionThe advanced engineering team is looking for a sensor expert for audio MEMS to drive the development for the next generation of audio systems.We are looking for expertise and deep understanding of the full sensor system with a broad spectrum of abilities - from hardware bring-up in a lab environment to data acquisition, data analysis and interpretation. As part of the development team you provide valuable input regarding the system behavior during all product development phases. Shape the future products with a team of technical experts; Create a deep understanding of audio systems and transducers by acquisition and evaluation of system dataYou drive the understanding of all characteristics of the audio transducer components in a system context for the next generations of hearables, AR/VR, and other applicationsEnsure all system targets are consolidated and validated; You support the technical decisions making by providing the relevant technical assessment; Understand when to dive deep, back up with data and when to rely on domain expertiseYou convince internal and external stakeholders of results and solutionsQualificationsPersonality: Drive innovative solutions for our customers with entrepreneurial mindset; High level of interdisciplinary comprehension with the ability to quickly deep dive into technical topics. You enjoy the dynamic field of consumer electronicsWorking Practice: Good communication skills and positive team player with cross cultural competence; You work analytically, structured, responsibly and act on your own initiative/learn independentlyExperience and Know-how: 3-5 years of industry experience in acoustics, with focus on audio MEMS and MEMS based systems preferably in the consumer electronics industry. Ideally experience with audio transducersLanguage: Proficient English (C1), German language skills are a plusEducation: Master or equivalent degree in electrical engineering, physics or similar.
